Notre histoire
La MSP de Rhuys, un réseau de santé engagé pour une prise en charge coordonnée et de proximité.
Née en 2021 de la volonté de professionnels de santé engagés sur le territoire, la Maison de Santé Pluriprofessionnelle (MSP) de Rhuys rassemble aujourd’hui près de 70 praticiens répartis sur les 6 communes de la Presqu’île de Rhuys.
Son objectif : offrir aux habitants une prise en charge coordonnée, de qualité et de proximité.
Au fil du temps, un véritable réseau de soins s’est structuré autour de valeurs communes :
- L’intérêt collectif au service de la santé de tous.
- La coordination des pratiques pour une prise en charge fluide et de qualité.
- L’amélioration continue de la qualité des soins, au plus près des besoins du territoire.
